AVPSummit – Second Edition

AUDIO-VISUAL PRODUCERS SUMMIT | TRIESTE 19-21 JULY 2023

Following the success of the previous edition the Audio-Visual Producers Summit took place in Trieste, against the backdrop of the evocative Miramare Castle. The event hosted the top event of the Italian and international audiovisual industry, from 19 to 21 July, strongly desired by the Undersecretary of State to the Ministry of Culture Lucia Borgonzoni. As in the first edition, the direction was entrusted to Roberto Stabile. 

The Audiovisual Producers Summit was organized by Cinecittà for the General Direction Cinema and Audiovisual (DGCA) of the Ministry of Culture in association with APA, with the support of MiC, MAECI| Italian Trade Agency, Friuli-Venezia Giulia Region and Promo Turismo FVG and FVG Film Commission. The event also saw the collaboration of MPA (Motion Picture Association), PGA (Producers Guild of America) – which had favored the participation of several personalities from the North American industry – CNC and Unifrance. 

Keynotes and panels were organized for audiovisual professionals on a number of themes of pressing topical interest for the sector such as: market trends, production in Italy, global TV shows, artificial intelligence and financing inspired by independent cinema.
