The City of Siena is getting ready to welcome the celebrations for the 25th Anniversary of the Terra di Siena International Film Festival, attending international and Italian celebrities, in the most iconic location. The event will take place from September 28th, to October 3rd.
The Festival will host movie premieres, film retrospectives, tourist excursions to iconic historical locations and castles, showing for the first time, newly restored artwork .
Award Winning Director Dario Argento, will receive the SEGUSO AWARD for his outstanding career, and will hold a meeting/conference with University students.
Award Winning actress/producer Maria Grazia Cucinotta will receive the “CITTA’ DI SIENA AWARD”.
Musician/Composer Claudio Gonippo Luigi Simonetti (Rock Goblin band) will receive the “MANUEL DE SICA AWARD” for the best music score.
Tribute and Film Retrospective to Sean Connery, deceased October 31st, 2020, presented by his son Jason Connery, who will attend the Festival, traveling from Scotland.
