The Cinema Odissea in Cagliari and the Cinema Garibaldi in Scarperia (FI), named the bravest Italian exhibitors of 2023, award the Carlo Lizzani Prize to the best Italian film at the Festival.
Speakers include Sen. Lucia Borgonzoni, Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Culture, Flaminia Lizzani, Francesco Ranieri Martinotti (Presidente Anac), a cinema area manager from the Lazio Region, Tiziana Medda and Alessandro Murtas (Cinema Odissea), Marco Bogani and the young staff of the Cinema Garibaldi di Scarperia (Fi), Peter Marcias (Head of Anac – Sardinia).
At its 9th edition, the Carlo Lizzani Award is organised thanks to Francesco and Flaminia Lizzani by the Associazione Nazionale Autori Cinematografici with the support of Dg C-A Mic, Roma Lazio Film Commission, Regione Lazio, Dg Biblioteche and Diritto d’Autore Mic, Aut-autori and in collaboration with Fice and Giornate degli autori.
