Campania Audiovisual System: achievements and goals

In the last five years a succession of major production events has made Campania a favoured setting both for venerated art-house films and most-watched TV series; but the period has been one of growth for the regional audiovisual sector also in artistic and business terms. Campania’s return to the Venice Film Festival is proof of the region’s significant achievements, which in turn attest to the quality of the hospitality, facilitation and support system offered by the FCRC and the Campania Regional Government.

Plans for the future include a series of wide-ranging and multifaceted projects, with diverse goals such as the strengthening of the regional audiovisual services and infrastructure offer, the upgrading of skillsets of Campania professionals, support for production companies, promotion of the region through new technologies and new ways to experience movie-induced tourism.
